Shipping policy
Purchased items are securely packaged to be safely delivered to you.
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items are dispatched as swiftly as possible. If an order is placed before 5pm (Mon-Friday), it is dispatched the next working day. Items purchased on Friday before 5pm will be dispatched on Saturday.
Items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked Services:
- ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - £2.99
- ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - £4.99
In peak periods, we offer DPD Next Day Delivery (£7.50). Orders must be placed by 12pm midday for guaranteed next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm midday may be dispatched the following day, and therefore arrive 2 days later.
